Nel gennaio 2010 sono stati effettuati interventi che riducono sensibilmente la rumorosità negli ambienti e garantiscono un soggiorno più gradevole.
Unitamente alla sostituzione totale degli infissi con doppi vetri speciali ed al cambiamento di tutte le porte nelle camere, nelle stesse è stata rinnovata anche la moquette.
